How do I make payments?
All transactions are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Banking.

You can use any of the payment types listed below via iPay88 payment gateway which accept credit cards and online banking features. Your details are safe with us as we take security very seriously indeed.

Upon checking out your order, you will be directed to iPay88 payment gateway payment page. Please kindly make payment immediately via the iPay88 popup page to secure your order. All orders will automatically be deemed void if you leave the iPay88 popup page. 

Can I pay via ATM / Cash Deposit machines or at Bank counter?


No, you can't, we ONLY accept online payment through the ipay88 payment gateway. Dropshippers kindly login to place the order and make payment.

PURCHASE

a. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. A2Z will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed. 

b. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if the parcel is returned.


c. Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.

d. We only accept Payment via iPay88 Online Payment Gateway. 

e. All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.

f. A2Z reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:

g.Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice.

h. We are unable to obtain authorization of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity


Backorders 

  • Backorders are opened for sold out items and are usually available during the stipulated time frame only.
  • Arrival time for different items differs and are usually stated under the individual items.
  • We apologize that there may be delayed or canceled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric/materials, insufficient stocks arrived, etc. For delayed/canceled backorders, cancellations of orders are not applicable.
  • You can decide to ship together or separately when checking out if your order consists of both in-stock & backorder item(s) by separating it into a different order(s).
  •  Do kindly refer to the item link for backorder updates. No emails will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated.
  • Credit with no expiry will be issued accordingly. There will be strictly NO cash refunds.
